To store herbs- Chop and freeze them with some olive oil or butter then just use cubes while cooking.

To chill your bottles faster- Fill a large bowl with water and ice at a ratio of 1:1, then add salt (2 tablespoons for 1 liter of water). Place your bottle in the water so that it is completely covered in ice and water. In 2 minutes it will be 8-10 degrees cooler.

When reheating food in the microwave, spread it out on the plate in the shape of a ring. It will reheat evenly that way.
